Juliana is a multidisciplinary visual artist from Colombia, based in Berlin. With a background in fine arts and graphic design, her artwork focuses on the exploration of printed media, especially through risography, a medium she has been mastering for the past few years.Influenced by the unique look and feel of this technique, her work explores of transparencies, overlaps, and textures, creating abstract scenes, impossible worlds, and dreamy realities that convey movement, flow, and dynamism. Her work draws inspiration from diverse sources such as the human body and emotions, outer space, and scientific imagery, weaving a dialogue between geometric and structured compositions with organic, loose shapes. Through bold colors and saturated, vibrant figures, she aims to take the viewer on a visual journey, leaving space for interpretation to trigger their curiosity.
