Collection of personal data during registration 

We offer you the opportunity to register on our website by providing personal data. Depending on the type of contract concluded, we store the following data:

Purposes of the processing of personal data 

We store your data only for the following purposes: 

For the processing of orders (including payment processing and, if applicable, credit checks), for sending advertising by us and for customer service. 

Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties if the transfer is necessary for the processing of the contract or for billing or collection purposes (e.g. shipping companies or payment service providers) or if you have expressly consented.

Duration of data storage 

We store your data only for as long as the respective purpose requires, taking into account your legitimate interests. 

If there is a retention period under tax law for certain data processed for the processing of sales contracts, the data will be stored for 6 or 10 years. During this period, the processing of the data is restricted after 2 years, i.e. the data is only used to comply with legal obligations. The obligation to retain data begins at the end of the calendar year in which the order was placed by the customer or the contract was fulfilled.

Data security

We secure our website and other systems by technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification and distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. For sending our newsletter, we use the service "Drip" of the service provider Drip Global Ltd. 9th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London, United Kingdom EC2V 6DN, which processes your data exclusively on our behalf as well as according to our instructions (so-called processor according to Article 28 DS-GVO) and which has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your rights. By integrating pixel tags into the newsletters, this service provider helps us to determine on a pseudonymized basis how many recipients have opened our newsletters and which links contained therein have been clicked on. As part of this retrieval, technical information such as information about the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and time of retrieval are collected. This information is used for the technical improvement of the services based on the technical data or the target groups and their reading behavior based on their retrieval locations (which can be determined with the help of the IP address) or the access times. This is done on the basis of Article 6 (1) sentence 1 letter f) DS-GVO. We have a legitimate interest in analyzing the opening behavior of our newsletters in order to optimize our services and operate our services economically. If you do not agree with this, then do not open our newsletter and do not click on any links contained therein. According to its own information, the dispatch service provider may use this data in pseudonymous form, i.e. without assigning it to a user, to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for technical optimization of dispatch and presentation or for statistical purposes to determine which countries the recipients come from.
