Sensitivity to the moment. Intuition and emotion - that's what she relies on when she presses the shutter. Without rules or guidelines, she captures the fleeting moment that has actually already been experienced. Her focus is not only on light and composition, but on the feeling of a scene, a moment, the beauty of a moment. Lighting conditions are not always perfect, sharpness and blur play with each other and create (in)conscious moments that cannot always be planned. The atmosphere, intimate and haunting, is created by her personal gaze. This is what distinguishes the analog photographs of our Berlin half-Italian Giulia Artusa.
